Welcome to LevelingMMO (the "Website"). By accessing, browsing, or using this Website and its associated virtual assistance coordination services, you (the "User," "Customer," or "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
 

### 1. Nature of Services
LevelingMMO operates strictly as an independent digital marketplace offering virtual assistance, time-saving coordination, in-game guiding, and gaming consulting services. 
* We do not sell proprietary software, game licenses, or intellectual property.
* All service fees charged on this Website are solely compensation for the time, labor, effort, and coordination required to perform virtual tasks within video games.
* LevelingMMO acknowledges that all intellectual property, game accounts, virtual currencies, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of their respective game developers and publishers.

### 2. Eligibility and Account Security
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. 
* If a service requires sharing account access coordinates (e.g., account-sharing power-leveling), the Customer is entirely responsible for securing their account with temporary credentials before and after the service is completed.
* LevelingMMO implements industry-standard safety protocols, including localized VPN routing, but cannot control the automated security systems of third-party game publishers.

### 3. Customer Responsibilities & Conduct
The Customer agrees to cooperate fully with our team to facilitate smooth service delivery. During the provision of any virtual service or coordination, the Customer strictly agrees **NOT** to:
* Mention this Website, transaction details, or payment amounts inside any third-party in-game chat system.
* Conduct behavior that flags the transaction as unusual to third-party game monitoring systems.
Failure to adhere to these rules immediately voids any service guarantees and may result in service termination without a refund.

### 4. Third-Party Software and Game Publisher Policies
The Customer explicitly acknowledges that game developers and publishers (including but not limited to Blizzard Entertainment, Bethesda Softworks, and ZeniMax Media) maintain strict End User License Agreements (EULA) and Terms of Service (ToS) that generally restrict or prohibit real-money transactions (RMT) or account sharing.
* LevelingMMO acts solely as a provider of independent virtual labor.
* The Customer accepts all inherent risks associated with third-party platform rules, including potential in-game penalties, account suspensions, rollbacks, or permanent bans issued by the game publishers. 
* LevelingMMO shall not be held liable or responsible for any actions, sanctions, or penalties imposed on the Customer’s in-game accounts by third-party game publishers.

### 5. Limitation of Liability
LevelingMMO, its owners, operators, and contractors provide all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall LevelingMMO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of digital items, account access, or game progression.

### 6. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating nature of digital gaming economies. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

### 7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LevelingMMO’s operating entity is registered.
